Why should we all laugh in life?
You should off course πππ
Yesterday I had such an insight of happiness, incredible funny it wasβ¦.
But first,
How are you doing?
On which point in life are you right now?
Are you taking life too seriously and feel depressed?
Time for a quick scan about your inner state, isnβt it?
The last month I felt everything at once, sad and joy, joy and sad, there was no end at this combination. They made me feel sick, I fainted and threw up, also at the same moment. Then it grasp me by the neck.
Time for a smile
Yes, I had to make a decision. Before I finally did, I read an article about childhood traumaβs where the author describes that a child in a dysfunctional family learns there is no family member he or she can rely on. Later in life this will haunt the person forever. But he or she has the insight really quick the world exist of bad people, bad choices and bad things in general. On the other hand the discovery of good things will come along and the traumatised child can make a good choice in hard times because of its self empowerment.
My point here is, the duality of the good and the bad challenged me yesterday to finally make a choice. Otherwise I am going to be crazy from taking the worries too seriously.
Is there an actor involved?
And there is Sly, Sylvester Stallone, an actor and motivator, with his 3 minutes talk on instagram and facebook. In a talk he mentioned the alligator trick. You have to make your skin thick like an alligator, he says. Your inner senses have to deal with this often cruel world. Let all bad things pass by while you block out the stuff which doesnβt matter anymore. Be an alligator when itβs required.
Thank you Sly π
So, at last, yesterday I laughed and laughed about all the serious thougths I came across in the past month. I said, there they pop up again, welcome and what a joke you are. In the end, it is laughter that does the trick for a happy energy and a good sleep at night.
This is why you have to laugh more in life, donβt give your thoughts the free run and take you down again.
Laugh, laugh, laughβ¦.

The more you laugh the more you love yourself.
